I've got 8 panels, 4x8, of solar water collectors for auction on eBay. Here's the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6033317821&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&rd=1
This is for a friend of mine. I have no idea of the correct pricing for something like this. The panels are from Sun Resource Energy Systems. The specs for the panels are in the eBay posting.
Enjoy.

Well, they seem to be flow-through, with piping headers on each end, not vacuum tube (and yes, some folks made flat plate vacuum ones years ago that *looked* like flat plate that were crap).
New, they're probably worth, what, 400-500 USD brand new each if they're in good shape. Can't see if the glass is cloudy and needs to be cleaned/replaced, though.
Probably 200$ each would be a "safe" price if that's what you're asking.

Locally we can get panels for ~$100 each. Pressure testing is the key I have found. Most leak and it is just not worth the effort to fix them... I have tried and they just fail.
The specs you provided were completely worthless to a slug like me. The chart made no sense.
