Nuclear Energy is good to talk about, but many scientists are still sleeping, making wrong assumption of the root cause of the Global Warming, and it solution. They want to build 250,000 units of CO� dissipaters, why not fixing the root problem in the car engineering?.

Although CO2 production by cars could be reduced by a factor of maybe three by the use of plugin hybrids in the big picture this is small potatoes. I agree, I do not think CO� is the cause of global warming any way, people claim that it is.
To prove my theory, if we can get closer to electric heater, we feel the heat, does it mean the heater generate CO� ? The answer is NO! heater doesn't generate CO�.

Your 'proof' is idiotic. To think that radiant energy only comes with CO2 production is nonsensical. If you don't understand how radiant energy behaves and what affect CO2 plays in the global energy balance, you might want to read up on things a bit.
