I don't think so and, if there were, it would likely cost a lot more than conventional consumer PV products because it requires tracking and several different types of cells.
Efficiency is not the problem with today's PV panels, cost is. There is no shortage of space to install the panels but there is a shortage of cash. Currently, Solar PV is just too expensive for most people to buy.
