I've got one. It's excellent if you can mow frequently and not let the grass get too long. But often here, wet grass precludes mowing. I found that frequently, between my schedule and the weather, I could not keep up enough to be able to use it easily. So after a few years, I've broken down and purchased a rotary, gas powered mower.
Check the Brill specs for maximum grass length, and see if that fits with your needs. It is very difficult to cut grass longer than its spec. -- ron (off the grid in Downeast Maine)

What would you like to know?
We lead a normal life without bills from the electric company. Except we use propane for our stove (commercial type), dryer and furnace. They wanted $40,000+ US to run power here. It was cheaper to put in a wind turbine and PV to generate the 600kWh/month that we use on average.
