Sounds like total BS to me
The panel is 50" x 40", or around 1.2 square meters.
Insolation of the earth is around 1000w/sq-meter
S it is not REALLY 300% efficient - only around 280%.........

Notice the picture of the $29 wattmeter with the "H" digit in the LCD lit up....LOL
What is the box beside the panel for? Charges up some capacitors and discharges them through a short circuit into the wattmeter and then presses the Hold button.
3130 watts for 0.1 seconds. My panels will do that too.

He is "selling" dealerships for 5k, 1.5K upfront ... no product can be bought, just a form to get more information
Also he uses the words "prototype" on the panel, so technically he is selling rights to sell something and might be at best sleazy but legal, or hard to get any money back. I'm guessing it's a well worded scam that just leaves the new dealership with empty pockets and no product to sell and no means to get funds back.

Yea the company is right up the road from me. It happens to be a UPS store mailbox. Looks like he snookered someone in Lassen County, CA to install a 200 megawatt PV plant!! Wonder how much the company needs up front? PT is LOL.

If he has 3 thin panels stacked, one layer each for long, med, short IR wavelength, he might get 3X the output of one panel, but that one panel only puts out 15-20% of the 1KW its receiving, so it might be 120W X 3 theoretically. Of course, it would be 300% as expensive as one panel... its 3 panels stacked up.
